Thank you for shopping at Cards of the Ancients. We ship all orders from our studio in Lithuania. Below you will find detailed information regarding our shipping processes, timelines, and policies.

⏳ Processing Times
Every order is custom-made. Please allow time for your cards to be produced and packaged:

Standard Processing: 3 business days.

Extended Processing: During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 10 business days.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

📮 Shipping Methods & Tracking
To provide the most cost-effective shipping for our customers, all orders are sent via untracked standard mail unless otherwise arranged.

Mailbox Delivery: Most parcels are sized to arrive directly in your standard mailbox.

Large Orders: If you order more than 15 cards, your order may be divided into separate envelopes. This ensures the safety of the cards and allows them to fit through standard mail slots.

Alternative Shipping: If you require tracking or a faster delivery method (e.g., Express Courier), please contact us via our [Contact Section] before placing your order to discuss available options and additional costs.

🌍 Customs and Import Duties
For customers located outside of the European Union, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by your local government.

Note: While we are legally required to inform you of potential duties, we have successfully shipped many, many parcels worldwide to date, and our customers have not reported any additional customs charges.
